Nel caso venissero imputate alla mia persona verbali rientranti nell'art.650 del codice penale, in quanto nel settore agricolo, qualsiasi coltivazione di terreni inerenti alla coltivazione di piante da frutto o di verdure, sia a livello di filiera o sia di produzione propria, in quanto non soggette a nessuna restrizione, sia per la coltivazione sia per la salvaguardia di tali colture che necessino l'acquisto di materiale atto alla produzione, in quanto rientrate nella fascia di necessità alimentare, quindi rientrante come causale "situazione di necessità" come da decreto ministeriale emanato ai sensi degli articoli di leggi inerenti in particolare modo nello stato di emergenza mondiale, onde per cui qualsiasi inottemperanza da parte dell'autorità predisposte verrà considerata incongrua ai decreti ministeriali emati in relazione agli articoli di legge inerenti. Sempre nel rispetto, nella dignità e nella consapevolezza della propria coscienza atto eclusivamente alla salvaguardia.

Always with respect, dignity and awareness of one's conscience, an act exclusively to safeguard.
