★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo segnalare un disservizio del personale del casello di Arluno, questa mattina entro da mesero in autostrada come spesso faccio ed esco ad Arluno per portare mia figlia a scuola, arrivo inserisco il biglietto e 1 €, la macchina prende i soldi ma la sbarra non si apre! Chiamo assistente e nessuno risponde x più di 3 minuti, decido di rimettere 1 €, idem soldi trattenuti e sbarra chiusa, chiamato ancora assistente, nessuna risponde! Ormai sono le ore 8 e mia figlia è in ritardo a scuola ufficialmente, decido di rimettere i1 euro x la terza volta!!! Indovinate?
Soldi trattenuti e sbarra chiusa! Mi attacco al clacson! Finalmente qualcuno si degna di rispondere e mi comunica che non possono aprire e che avrebbero mandato 1 persona a verificare! Passano altri lunghissimi minuti , arriva un Tizio con molta calma e faccia assonnata, che mi comunicano che per uscire avrebbe dovuto farmi scontrino x mancato pagamento! Ma stiamo scherzando?? Oltre al danno la beffa!
Spero che qualcuno dei signori dirigenti autostrade si segni di darmi delle spiegazioni di provvedere a restituirmi il maltolto oltre a delle scuse ufficiali!

Money withheld and bar closed! I attack the horn! Finally someone deigns to answer and tells me that they can't open and that they would send 1 person to check! Other long minutes pass, a Tizio arrives very calmly and sleepily, telling me that to go out he should have made me a receipt for non-payment! Are we joking?? In addition to injury, prank!
I hope that some of the highway managers gentlemen will show me some explanations to arrange to give me back the stolen goods in addition to an official apology!
