N	Na Vit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli operai (a cui non do colpe!) del mobilificio Arlem hanno arrecato danno all'impiantistica idraulica della mia casa durante il montaggio della cucina. In breve: ho visto la cucina, nuova di zecca, allagata! Il motivo: trovato un foro causato dal trapano, durante il montaggio della cucina. Dopo aver indicato il problema all'amministrazione, la dipendente del suddetto mobilificio (che mi ha venduto la cucina) e uno dei proprietari mi hanno detto che era solo colpa mia nel non aver indicato i tubi che passavano nel muro. (Esistono strumenti tecnici che rilevano la presenza di impianti idraulici o elettrici per chi non lo sapesse!!!). Non si sono neanche scusati ma hanno accusato me!!! Mi hanno detto che non era un problema loro e che non avrebbero fatto nulla per me! Pensate che ho dovuto smontare tutto, rompere il muro, sistemare il danno, chiudere, rasare, e pittare sopra la parte della cucina già montata... Sono molto dispiaciuta, non dell'errore umano degli operai(gli unici mortificati) perchè può capitare a tutti ma del modo in cui mi hanno trattata i signori a telefono! Il modo è stato davvero spiacevole! Per non parlare del fatto che mi hanno spedito un forno e un rubinetto malfunzionanti(sostituiti dopo 15 giorni, qualche giorno dopo aver sollevato tutti i problemi) ma questo è un altro discorso. Ho chiesto inoltre se l'azienda avesse un'assicurazione per incidenti di questo genere e mi hanno categoricamente detto di no e che non avrebbero fatto nulla a tal proposito continuando a incolpare me. Ho pagato ovviamente tutto nelle tempistiche richieste! The workers (to whom I do not blame!) The reason: found a hole caused by the drill, during the assembly of the kitchen. After pointing out the problem to the administration, the employee of the aforementioned furniture factory (who sold me the kitchen) and one of the owners told me that it was only my fault for not having indicated the pipes passing through the wall. (There are technical tools that detect the presence of hydraulic or electrical systems for the uninitiated !!!). They didn't even apologize but they accused me !!! They told me it wasn't their problem and that they wouldn't do anything for me! Do you think I had to dismantle everything, break the wall, fix the damage, close, shave, and paint over the part of the kitchen already assembled ... I am very sorry, not the human error of the workers (the only mortified ones) because it can happen to everyone but the way the gentlemen treated me on the phone! The way was really unpleasant! Not to mention the fact that they sent me a malfunctioning oven and a faucet (replaced after 15 days, a few days after having raised all the problems) but this is another matter. I also asked if the company had accident insurance of this kind and they categorically said no and that they would not do anything about it by continuing to blame me. Obviously I paid for everything in the requested times!
