Bad bar/resturant service and expensive dishes

The views are amazing and the food is delicious!

The room is small and unmodern. Breakfast okey but insane many children in weekdays.

My friend found a stain on his blanket we got served raw chicken, it tried to attack me so i stabbed it and it actually bled, the shower floods and the lights flicker, the receptionist had to call for a translator when we went to ask for help about the adapters, theres a live cut wire next to my bed atached to the phone my other friend has bugs in his bed so far not good been here for only a couple of hours

Great position really close to ski slopes. It's placed in Madesimo. It has a good terrace where you can have a drink or 'apres ski'

This "hotel" does not deserve a single star. This was an appalling experience of a hotel that should not be operating. Our room was for four people but was able to fit 2 maximum as when we opened our suitcases there was no room to move or breath. There was a black patch of mold growing on top of the ancient bunk bed that smelled horribly. Additionally we got our heating working on our 4th night making us sleep with jackets. We needed to place towels near our pillows to be able to avoid touching the so called bed that was completely brown and dirty. Another couple had to change rooms as stains on their bed sheets bothered them!! The elevator could hold max 2 people and their suitcases but only reach the 3rd floor so the 4th floor had no access to it. The family that we travelled with had similar problems like their bathroom had no light so their kids would shower and brush their teeth with flash lights. The food was disgusting as it was either not cooked, stale, salty, or overcooked and very expensive. Thankfully, a supermarket saved us as we would fill up with bars or fruit the hotel did not provide us with. As for the staff, instead of willing wanting to help us for anything they would show how inconvenient it was when helping us on a request we would ask and hold a very uncomfortable atmosphere between us. This is a short description of our experience which can come as a warning to never even think about staying at arleccino. Maria Pastella

The hotel rooms were small and cramped and was difficult for two two suitcases to fit in one room, let alone two people. One bathroom was a tiny square of shower and a toilet with a miniscule sink. I strongly advise not going here as their cleaners steal all your money. Several people had their items hidden or stolen while they were out skiing. I myself had my ipod stolen and had to hide my phone for fear of that being taken too. Also the waiters could be very condescending and rude. The food was nice and the view was beautiful and wasn't too far from the ski slopes which was great.
