P	Pierpaolo Sedioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo conosciuto Marco Milandri e Alessio Serrani in occasione della ristrutturazione degli uffici della mia società, nel 2016, ed ero rimasto così positivamente impressionato da questi architetti allora emergenti, giovanissimi ma determinati, pieni di creatività e di un pari livello di pragmatismo da coinvolgerli di nuovo, nel 2021, nella ristrutturazione del mio attico. Ed è stata più che una conferma! Marco e Alessio, oggi affermatissimi, ci hanno seguito assiduamente dal primo all’ultimo passo, hanno realizzato per noi due progetti alternativi completi di rendering dettagliato in modo che potessimo vedere con gli occhi di chi non è esperto come si sarebbe concretizzato il progetto, hanno accolto tutte le nostre proposte di modifica in modo attento, sapendoci ascoltare senza preconcetti ma sapendoci consigliare in maniera esperta nel caso in cui qualcosa non li convincesse. Hanno poi preparato un progetto definitivo e ci hanno aiutato ad individuare gli artigiani e l’impresa edile che hanno realizzato i lavori, particolarmente complessi. Questo è un altro punto di forza di Arkinprogress: avere creato una rete di collaboratori che si è rivelata eccellente. Hanno infine diretto i lavori attraverso una presenza assidua in cantiere. Il risultato? Imprevisti ridotti al minimo, un’ottima realizzazione delle nostre aspettative e… un sottile desiderio di nuove avventure edili insieme a loro. Raro, vero? Ma tant’è! Consigliatissimi. I had met Marco Milandri and Alessio Serrani during the renovation of my company's offices in 2016, and I was so positively impressed by these then emerging architects, very young but determined, full of creativity and an equal level of pragmatism that I involved them again , in 2021, in the renovation of my penthouse. And it was more than a confirmation! Marco and Alessio, today very successful, have followed us assiduously from the first to the last step, they have created for us two alternative projects complete with detailed rendering so that we could see with the eyes of those who are not experts how the project would have materialized, they accepted all our proposals for changes in a careful way, knowing how to listen without preconceptions but knowing how to advise us in an expert way in case something does not convince them. They then prepared a final project and helped us identify the craftsmen and the construction company who carried out the particularly complex works. This is another strength of Arkinprogress: having created a network of collaborators that has proved to be excellent. Finally, they directed the work through a constant presence on the construction site. The result? Unforeseen events reduced to a minimum, an excellent realization of our expectations and ... a subtle desire for new construction adventures with them. Rare, right? But so be it! Highly recommended.
