★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due feste all'attivo, la seconda particolarmente deludente per mio figlio che si aspettava Spiderman e si è visto arrivare una animatrice donna con un vestito rotto e di una misura più piccola. Ci è rimasto malissimo.
neanche lontanamente paragonabile ad altre animazioni.
Quando mi sn gentilmente rivolta a martina ho ricevuto risposte poco cortesi. Non penso si lavori cosi, soprattutto quando ci sono di mezzo dei bambini e i loro sentimenti.
Ps. Rispondo al commento di Martina , ti assicuro era Spiderman, cercherò le foto del disastro. Esattamente la prima festa era stata carina e ti ho consigliato a molte amiche, anche loro hanno avuto alcuni disguidi ma ho comunque dato fiducia al vs lavoro perché può capitare che non tutto vada per il verso giusto ma vista la seconda festa non mi sento di avere un giudizio positivo.
Certo che ho richiesto uno sconto, un personaggio era a dir poco surreale me lo sarei evitato(e se lo sarebbe evitato chiunque ti assicuro) a saperlo prima.
Comunque che sia uno spunto per migliorarsi.

Ps. I respond to the comment of Martina, I assure you it was Spiderman, I will look for the pictures of the disaster. Exactly the first party had been nice and I have recommended you to many friends, they too have had some mistakes but I still gave confidence to work because it can happen that not everything goes the right way but given the second party I do not feel like having a positive opinion.
Of course I asked for a discount, a character was surreal to say the least I would have avoided (and if I would have avoided anyone I assure you) to know it before.
However that is a cue to improve.

L'animatrice è stata molto brava a coinvolgere bambini di età eterogenea con pazienza e fantasia.
Con la responsabile Martina mi sono trovata molto bene anche nella fase organizzativa. È stata molto disponibile.

Very nice and professional girls. Called to the last, they fully lived up to the requests, organizing a carnival party with all the trimmings, with baby dance, giant soap bubbles, balloons and finally a parade of masks with a red carpet. Fantastic !!!
