Ho comprato questo prodotto Ariston Scaldabagno, perche era scritto, che ha 3 anni di garanzia. In realta - completamente nulla, servizio techico manca е rifiuta di riconoscere sua responsabilità per la garanzia. Il Codice del consumo (d.lgs.206/05), agli articoli dal 128 al 135, regola la garanzia legale sui beni di consumo venduti ai consumatori. La norma originaria e' il d.lgs. 24/2002 attuativo della direttiva 1999/44/CE che ha modificato il Codice civile introducendo gli articoli dal 1519 bis al 1519 garantisce , che tale garanzia di legge copre tutti i vizi di produzione e di conformita' presenti sui beni di consumo acquistati dai consumatori per due anni, prevedendo precisi adempimenti a carico del venditore. Essa funziona parallelamente, affiancandovisi come alternativa, all'eventuale garanzia del produttore; detta garanzia commerciale, garanzia che invece e' regolata da un contratto(nel prodotto era scritto 4 anni garanzia); solitamente incluso nella confezione del bene acquistato.
.קניתי פה שני מוצרים בשתי הזדמנויות שונות. בשני המקרים נאמר לי שיש אחריות על המוצרים. כשהיתה בעיה באחד המוצרים וניגשתי לחנות אמרו לי שהאחריות היא לא אצלם. שאלתי מדוע זה לא נאמר לי בזמן הרכישה ולמוכר ממש לא היה איכפת.

I bought this Ariston water heater product, because it was written, which has a 3 year warranty. In reality - completely nothing, technical service is missing and refuses to acknowledge its liability for the guarantee. The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers. The original rule is Legislative Decree 24/2002 implementing Directive 1999/44 / EC which modified the Civil Code by introducing articles from 1519 bis to 1519 guarantees, that this legal guarantee covers all production and compliance present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years, providing for precise obligations to be paid by the seller. It works in parallel, alongside it as an alternative, to any manufacturer's warranty; said commercial guarantee, guarantee which instead is governed by a contract (4 years warranty was written on the product); usually included in the package of the purchased good.
