★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire. Io per problemi contingenti ed irrisolvibili, ho lasciato x parecchi mesi i miei amori lì. Gia li lasciavo quando andavo in ferie ed ero contentissima. Immaginerete il mio cuore a lasciarli li....ma sapevo che loro si sarebbero trovati bene. E sapevo sarei riuscita a riprenderli con me. Le ragazze sono angeli. Simona e Valentina hanno dato amore e protezione, coccole e calore ai miei tesori. Da tempo sono di nuovo con me e pochi gg fa siamo andati a trovarle, non vi dico le feste che Trilly e Spot hanno fatto. Garanzia di quanto siano stati bene.
Ringrazio di aver avuto loro...se no sarei senza i miei piccoli ora.

What to say. For contingent and unsolvable problems, I left my loves there for several months. I left them when I went on vacation and I was very happy. You will imagine my heart to leave them there .... but I knew that they would be well. And I knew I could get them back with me. Girls are angels. Simona and Valentina have given love and protection, pampering and warmth to my treasures. For some time I have been back with me and a few days ago we went to visit them, I do not tell you the parties that Trilly and Spot have done. Guarantee of how good they have been.
Thank you for having them ... otherwise I would be without my little ones now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa lasciai i miei due cani e rimasi molto contenta. Mi mandavano anche le loro foto nonostante un breve soggiorno di tre giorni. Al telefono l'operatore diceva tutto quello che occorreva.
Quest'annoi porto dal 26/2 al 3/3 e uno schifo totale. Al telefono non dicevano nulla e allora chiesi se dovevo portare le loro cucce(pensavo perché sentissero il loro odore) invece mi è stato risposto: certo signora se non vuole che dormano per terra.
Mi ero inoltre raccomandata che uno dei due cani che sente molto il freddo non gli venisse tolto il maglioncino (come fu fatto l'altra volta) invece gli è stato tolto subito e quando sono andata a prendere i cani ed era un mattino freddo vedo il mio cane senza maglioncino.
Ma la cosa più GRAVE, veramente GRAVE è che entrambi i miei cani ,prima uno poi l'altro hanno sviluppato una terribile gastroenterite con febbre. Più veterinari hanno confermato che era stata presa li. Mi sono fatta contattare dal responsabile della struttura per riavere i 150 euro della pensione e sono stata trattata in modo maleducato e sfrontato. Mai più
Mai più. E oggi 28/3 uno dei due non si è ancora ripreso del tutto.
VERGOGNATEVI erano cani che non stavano male da anni
A few years ago I left my two dogs and was very happy. They also sent me their photos despite a short three day stay. On the phone the operator said everything that was needed.
This year I bring from 26/2 to 3/3 and a total crap. They didn't say anything on the phone and then I asked if I should bring their kennels (I was thinking why they could smell them) instead I was told: sure lady if you don't want them to sleep on the floor.
I had also recommended that one of the two dogs that feel very cold should not be taken off the sweater (as it was done the other time) instead it was removed immediately and when I went to get the dogs and it was a cold morning I see the my dog without a sweater.
But the most SERIOUS, truly SERIOUS thing is that both of my dogs, first one then the other, developed terrible gastroenteritis with fever. More vets confirmed that she was taken there. I had the facility manager contact me to get my pension back 150 euros and was treated rude and brazen. Never again
Never again. And today 28/3 one of the two has not yet fully recovered.
BE ASHAMED they were dogs that hadn't been sick for years
