β β β β β ho acquistato nel 2015 oltre 100 mq di gres porcellanato effetto parquet color sabbia - risultato: ho rovinato una splendida ristrutturazione, le tavole presentano evidenti imperfezioni, creano altrettanto evidenti scalini tra una tavola e l'altra nonostante le fughe consigliate dalla ditta produttrice e un minimo di tolleranza ammissibile, il materiale Γ¨ difficile da pulire, assorbe le strisciate di gomma (non si puΓ² spostare neanche una sedia). Davvero un pessimo acquisto. da sconsigliare!

β β β β β SarΓ anche un ottimo prodotto, ma il rivenditore da cui lβho comprato ha acquistato 40mq di gres porcellanato bianco che io non avevo richiesto e quando ho provato a restituirlo mi Γ¨ stato detto che non lo riprendevate indietro...il risultato Γ¨ che ho dovuto rifondere al cliente la cifra che aveva pagato perdendo una fetta del mio compenso. Non acquisterΓ² mai vostri materiali.

Probabilmente troppo presto o erano in pausa caffè.
Non e un servizio professionale.
I have tried to contact the sales department 3 times.
2 times and the line dropped after about 3 minutes of waiting.
third time I gave up after 5 minutes of waiting.
I called on 12.08.2020 at 9:12 (first call)
Probably too early or they were on a coffee break.
It is not a professional service.

β β β β β Ariostea tiles are beautiful in the photo. But the tiles that Ariostea sold to us at a price of 15,000 Euro have a lot of damage. The tiles are in the format 300cm x 150cm. All tiles have visible black lines along the entire length of the tiles. Black lines repeat every 11.5cm.
Ariostea told us that the black lines are at every tile they supply. We returned the tiles, but Ariostea refused to return the money because the tiles were flawless in their opinion. Complaints have been resolved for 6 months and we have neither paving nor money. All communication is deleted and blocked by Ariostea. We kindly ask Ariostea to return our money or to deliver the undamaged material. Thank you, DvoΕΓ‘Δek
