★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già la seconda volta che sono in visita a Bergamo e passo la notte in un B&B a loro vicino....... Pizza buona, la prima volta non aveva molto condimento, ma oggi ne era piena.
Sono abituato ed estimatore delle pizze napoletane con un bel cornicione e cotte a legna..... Ma questo impasto soddisfa le mie esigenze e soprattutto non mi disidratata facendomi alzare in piena notte a bere litri di acqua.

 Already the second time I'm visiting Bergamo and spending the night in a B&B near them ....... Good pizza, the first time didn't have much topping, but today it was full.
I am used to and admirer of Neapolitan pizzas with a nice cornice and cooked in wood ..... But this dough satisfies my needs and above all it does not dehydrate me making me get up in the middle of the night to drink liters of water.
