 The staff welcomes you as if you were at home and you feel like you are part of the big family. If you give them too much confidence they ask you to serve other customers. All very informal, perhaps a little too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere il punto vendita aziendale dell'Arena avrei gradito maggiore offerta di prodotti per il nuoto e la piscina. Personale che si limita alle mansioni di cassa. Non mi ha entusiasmato.
To be the Arena's company sales point, I would have appreciated a greater offer of products for swimming and the pool. Staff who are limited to cashier duties. It didn't impress me.
