M	M Nunzia Santarpia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella perché di meno non c'è la possibilità di mettere ...Mio figlio con i suoi amici hanno fatto un'esperienza bruttissima: sono stati messi in un appartamento umido ,con condizionatore rotto e frigo idem ,tanto che la carne che avevano acquistato è andata a male e il proprietario cosa fa ...offre una bottiglia di vino invece di risarcirgli il costo della carne .La doccia era rotta così quando hanno provato a farsi una doccia la porta di vetro gli è caduta addosso rompendosi in mille pezzi ed un ragazzo si è fatto male e per giunta non è stato neanche soccorso dal titolare anzi i ragazzi hanno dovuto pagare la doccia ? D	Danilo De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima location, a parte qualche piccola pecca, (appartamento un po' sguarnito).. tutto nuovo e molto molto carino e ben distribuito ma la rete del letto sostituita con delle tavole di legno, su cui non abbiamo dormito agevolmente. Devono solo perfezionarsi un po',ma favolosa vacanza Beautiful location, apart from a few small flaws, (apartment a little unguarded) .. all new and very very nice and well distributed but the bed base replaced with wooden boards, on which we did not sleep easily. Nessuna animazione se non un ora di acqua gym. Lontano 1,2 km dal mare. Tre giorni senza aria condizionata, le camere al piano interrato umide. Non ci ritornerei. It is definitely not a village as the name might misunderstand. The bar closes at 19.00 and is even closed during the lunch break. No entertainment other than an hour of water aerobics. 1.2 km away from the sea. Three days without air conditioning, humid basement rooms. I would not go there again.

Le abitazioni sono nuovissime e molto comode, dotate di cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata e nel nostro bel bilocale c'era addirittura il divano. Molto bella anche la piscina ed è presente un' area giochi per i più piccoli e vari barbecue per tutti gli ospiti. Consiglio di aggiungere delle mensole per appoggiare le cose, soprattutto in bagno. Il personale è disponibile e gentile e la posizione non è molto distante dal mare e dalla stazione, anche se è preferibile venire con la propria auto per spostarsi e visitare anche le zone vicine. Bella esperienza, consigliato ✌?? I spent a week at the Residence Area Village. The houses are brand new and very comfortable, equipped with equipped kitchen and air conditioning and in our beautiful two-room apartment there was even a sofa. The swimming pool is also very nice and there is a play area for children and various barbecues for all guests. I recommend adding shelves to support things, especially in the bathroom. The staff is helpful and kind and the location is not very far from the sea and the station, although it is preferable to come with your own car to get around and visit the nearby areas. Nice experience, recommended ✌??

Personale presente, professionale ma soprattutto cordiale e disponibile. Lorenzo presente per qualsiasi necessità. Il direttore Emilio sempre disponibile e la proprietaria, la signora Antonella molto gentile, socievole e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglio. Beautiful place, new structure and with all the comforts. Oasis of tranquility and serenity. Always clean pool. Spaces suitable for free time for young and old. Staff present, professional but above all friendly and helpful. Lorenzo present for any need. The manager Emilio always available and the owner, Mrs. Antonella very kind, sociable and helpful. We will definitely go back and recommend it.
R	Rosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo residence, ambiente pulito e piscina veramente bella, purtroppo,forse perché settembre, bar sfornitissimo.... accoglienza minima e gli appartamenti sono un po' da attrezzare con le cose minime...che so' ... macchinetta per il caffè,qualche appendi asciugamani e qualcosa dove appoggiare li cose in bagno...scordavo...uno specchio grande in camera per noi signore. Personaggio indispensabile Lorenzo, bravissimo e sempre disponibile. Beautiful residence, clean environment and really nice swimming pool, unfortunately, maybe because September, very out of stock bar .... minimal welcome and the apartments are a bit to be equipped with the minimum things ... I know ... coffee machine , some towel hangers and something to put things in the bathroom ... I forgot ... a large mirror in the room for us ladies. An indispensable character Lorenzo, very good and always available.
