Dispone di cucina professionale, pentolame, frigo e freezer industriali, servizi igienici, proiettore, impianto audio, tavolate e sedie, ampio parcheggio, possibilità di montare telone o gazebo all'esterno e ampia sala con grandi vetrate. D'inverno c'è il riscaldamento, in estate basta tenere aperte porte e finestre sui tre lati.
 Quite isolated place, possibility to keep the music relatively loud until midnight. It has a professional kitchen, cookware, industrial fridge and freezer, toilets, projector, sound system, tables and chairs, ample parking, the possibility of mounting a tarp or gazebo outside and a large room with large windows. In winter there is heating, in summer just keep doors and windows open on three sides.
