You could keep it much better they removed the waste bin and every time you enter there is a hallucinating stench of pee, it would take more cleaning but MUCH better than the one after the overpass

It is often dirty, full of dangerous papers and holes. Nobody collects their dog's excrement, and dog owners stay there longer than they should. I propose that such places have a keeper with a lot of regulation on how long dogs and owners should stay.
