Very easy to get to with all the amenities of a fully equipped dirt roads area a bit too bumpy all in all I would recommend it for a nice day to spend with amuci

I would say clean and tidy enough to be in Sicily ... You can find a few glass and plastic bottles but overall rating seven ..

The wood complex belonging to the territory of the Municipality of Vita in the province of Trapani, called "BOSCO Della BARONIA", located at about 630 meters above sea level (s.l.m.). It has an extension of 67 hectares. Located about 2 km. From the inhabited center of life, reachable from the E90 motorway (ex A29) Palermo – Mazara del Vallo, Segesta exit with indication for Vita. From the “Vincenzo Florio” - Birgi (Trapani) airport, take the E90 Trapani-Palermo motorway to the Fulgatore exit. From the forecourt of the equipped area, a series of paths lead into the wood for walks (Trekking), which are certainly effective for well-being and for healthy physical activity based on walking for leisure purposes. In some panoramic points it is possible to admire the temple of Segesta, the Garibaldi monument of Pianto Romano, Rocca Busambra, Monte Bonifato, the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo, Monte Polizo, Montagna Grande, Monte Inici and the town of Vita. The Bosco della Baronia has a typical Mediterranean vegetation of conifers, there are the domestic pine, Aleppo pine, cypresses, ash trees, eucalyptus, acacias and quercus virgiliana (chestnut oak). The picnic area, equipped with tables and barbecue, is to be enjoyed for days in the company of friends or family, rediscovering food in the open air for those who live in cities and beyond !. A summer location to be preferred for the freshness of the climate!
