Facendo due chiacchiere con Matteo, titolare dell'agenzia, che conosco da vecchia data, mi ha parlato del suo programma vendo casa in 90 giorni. Ho accettato la sfida e incredibilmente non solo l'hanno piazzata in meno di trenta giorni, ma anche alla cifra che mi ero prefissato. Devo ringraziare Matteo e Luca per gli ottimi consigli per rendere il locale più piacevole agli occhi degli eventuali acquirenti. Beh, in soli 60 giorni siamo arrivati al preliminare! E, soprattutto, al prezzo che ci eravamo prefissati (non svendendo l'immobile, senza tempi certi, come proposto da altre agenzie ben più arroganti). Nonostante il breve lasso di tempo, siamo sempre rimasti in contatto, sia per la gestione degli appuntamenti che per avere resoconti numerici sull'andamento dell'attività. Non ci resta che ringraziare di cuore l'Immobiliare Arcobaleno e, in particolare, il giovanissimo Luca che ci ha accompagnati dall'inizio alla fine di questo percorso!
