★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi vedo costretto a mettere 3 stelle per le tempistiche della spedizione(ordine effettuato domenica e pezzo arrivato venerdí... E siamo nella stessa regione), nessuna comunicazione sulla spedizione se non dopo averli contattati via mail. E per concludere,ricambio compatibile ma non uguale all'immagine del sito,dettagli, ma che su un fondo per bracere sottoposto a gravi deformazioni date dal calore potrebbero fare la differenza.
Ci può stare un ritardo nella consegna visto il periodo, ci mancherebbe, però ammetto che non mi posso ritenere totalmente soddisfatto.
I am forced to put 3 stars for the timing of the shipment (order placed on Sunday and the piece arrived on Friday ... And we are in the same region), no communication on the shipment unless after having contacted them via email. And finally, spare parts compatible but not the same as the image on the site, details, but which on a brazier bottom subjected to severe deformations caused by heat could make the difference.
There may be a delay in delivery given the period, God forbid, but I admit that I cannot be totally satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scheda elettronica acquistata è arrivata prova di programmazione. Abbiamo dovuto pagare la programmazione ad un altro tecnico autorizzato che sarebbe stato pronto a certificare il lavoro. Non hanno più risposto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare.... chiamato per delle vibrazioni....hanno fatto l'uscita...5 minuti e nn mi hanno saputo dire nulla... però i soldi li hanno presi.... hanno fatto il preventivo in un secondo momento basandosi su un video che ho mandato....no comment....
For maintenance it leaves a lot to be desired .... called for vibrations .... they made the exit ... 5 minutes and they didn't know how to tell me anything ... but they took the money .... they I made the quote later based on a video I sent .... no comment ....
