Cose d'altro Mondo... Dopo varie chiamate è venuto un tecnico ma malgrado il suo intervento, il portone tuttora non funziona. Abbiamo comprato la casa 2010 e ora la protezione della porta è già totalmente difettosa. Quindi questo significa che devo pagare ogni 10 anni un altro 1800 Euro. Mi sembra assurdo. Spiace dirlo. Abbiamo montato due porte basculanti del garage e subito abbiamo avuto problemi che abbiamo risolto con vari tecnici delle nostri parti... Adesso dopo sette anni ad una delle porte si è sganciata la molla centrale che porta tutta la porta... Si è sganciata dal muro... È stata montata solo con un fisher di plastica invece di usare un prodotto adeguato al lavoro... Ovvero un prodotto chimico che una volta asciugato doveva essere come cemento. Senza parole. In più si stanno rovinando tutti i pannelli esternamente. Non consiglio questi prodotti. I would have put zero stars but since you can't put one ... Io ho acquistato 2 portoni sezionali modello Family, anno 2008. Dopo 10 anni, all'improvviso il rivestimento in PVC si gonfia nelle giunzioni e si strappa come mostrato nelle foto allegate. Scrivo mail all'assistenza. Nessun feedback. Contatto l'installatore che mi trova la soluzione: sostituire i 2 sezionali con 2 uguali nuovi. Naturalmente il costo è tutto a mio carico ma vi viene evidenziato il prezzo di favore. In realtà, considerando il tutto, poco inferiore a quanto pagato ai tempi. Cioè, riassumendo, risolvo il problema pagando rimettendo la stessa cosa che tra 10 anni mi ridarà il problema, come candidamente ammesso dall'installatore. Una genialata. Allora mi chiedo: ma perchè la scarsa qualità del prodotto viene fatta pagare al cliente? Perchè, come è usanza di altre aziende di sezionali , non viene applicata la correntezza commerciale, sostituendo gratuitamente i portoni e caricando sul cliente solo il costo della manodopera?
