★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Il servizio di postvendita presso il negozio (SAG80 Milano) e la ditta produttrice è stato totalmente insoddisfacente e con tempi lunghissimi di soluzione dei problemi. Ho acquistato una cucina ArcLinea nel Luglio 2019 e il piano di marmo aveva delle evidenti imperfezioni. Ci sono voluti 15 MESI per la sostituzione del piano...Stesso disservizio per la vendita della cappa che presenta gravi errori di progettazione (confermati dalla casa produttrice della cappa). A mio parere è un vero peccato che la qualità del design italiano sia a volte in mano a pessimi venditori.
Bad experience. The after-sales service at the shop (SAG80 Milan) and the manufacturing company was totally unsatisfactory and with very long problem solving times. I bought an ArcLinea kitchen in July 2019 and the marble top had obvious imperfections. It took 15 MONTHS to replace the hob ... Same disservice for the sale of the hood which has serious design errors (confirmed by the manufacturer of the hood). In my opinion it is a real shame that the quality of Italian design is sometimes in the hands of bad sellers.
