Avendo sia un cane che un gatto, riesco a trovare tutto quello che mi serve senza dover andare in più posti. Devo dire che per la qualità dei prodotti che trovi, il prezzo è giusto. Il personale è molto qualificato quando gli domandi informazioni specifiche e anche molto gentile. Devo dire che il Sig. Alberto per i consigli sui cani, è uno dei migliori, ho sempre ascoltato i suoi consigli e fino ad ora non ha mai sbagliato. 5 stelle sono super meritate per questi ragazzi , anche perchè sono sempre aperti, e accoglierti con il sorriso anche la domenica mattina non è cosa da tutti! Parcheggio ? grande e comodo. Il negozio è ampio con un'attenta e bella esposizione dei prodotti, la scelta sembra ampia ma confrontata con dei negozi leader online è limitata e in molti casi parecchio più costosa, anche se fanno delle offerte o hai la Fidelitycard. Il personale sta a parlottare alle casse e sembra svogliato ??, il personale cambia spesso, imho per scegliere di acquistare in un negozio fisico gli addetti commerciali dovrebbero dare del valore aggiunto ai clienti creando una relazione, esempio dando dei consigli, chiedere se hanno bisogno di informazioni, informare su eventuali promozioni, ecc. Personalmente preferisco acquistare online questo tipo di prodotti, risparmio tempo ⏳, denaro ? e carburante ⛽, e queste risorse le dedico ad altro ??, senza considere che è molto più comodo e il trasporto è gratuito con min €50 e puoi fare il riordino con 1 click, oltre alla possibilità di fare anche il reso. ?
