Alla richiesta di suggerimenti, per l'acquisto di accessori, con cucciolo a seguito, troppe ed insistenti domande su dove è stato acquistato, se vaccinato, per cosa, ed altro. Più curiosità che altro forse, che a volte non è piacevole. Probabilmente un episodio sporadico e sicuramente soggettivo, che non fa venir meno la serietà del marchio. Personalmente non trovando ciò che desidero, mi oriento da altre parti. Nel complesso comunque, il giudizio non è negativo. Well stocked, friendly staff; The only flaw (In my humble opinion) it would be nice to unify the "mood" of all the Arcaplanets, that is, being used to having a location close to home where there is Petwash, when I moved to the location closest to home for work needs there is the Petwash.

Con la nostra cagnolina (appena adottata) impaurita e spaesata, han saputo consigliarci al meglio i prodotti da acquistare, mettendola a proprio agio e facendola "sciogliere" un po'. Il tutto dedicandole la giusta attenzione ed attendendo i "suoi" tempi (da cagnolina spaventata). Dire grazie a queste due persone è veramente poco. There are no words to describe the kindness, availability and professionalism of the 2 orders who were on duty this afternoon (30 August 2021). With our little dog (just adopted) frightened and confused, they were able to recommend the best products to buy, putting her at ease and making her "melt" a little.
