★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi avevano convinto a fare la tessera... ora non mi lasciano più in pace e non riesco a evitare il loro spam. Ambiente grande con poca scelta, un paio di marchi di cibo per gatti buoni e marchi da battaglia... mi avevano assicurato che mi chiamavano quando sarebbe arrivata la lettiera ed invece nada de nada, ordinata un trasportino ho dovuto disdire dopo più di 2 mesi di "non so che dirle, provi a ripassare".
 Unfortunately they had convinced me to make the card ... now they don't leave me alone and I can't avoid their spam. Large environment with little choice, a couple of good cat food brands and battle brands ... they assured me that they called me when the litter would arrive and instead nada de nada, ordered a pet carrier I had to cancel after more than 2 months of "I don't know what to say, try to come back".

Avevo necessità di un prodotto specifico che recentemente è difficilissimo reperire ed ha telefonato ai vari negozi (anche dopo che ero uscito dal negozio) fino a che non l'ha trovato, e mi ha contattato quando ci è riuscita. The girl who served me showed excellent availability. I needed a specific product that has recently been very difficult to find and she phoned the various stores (even after I left the store) until she found it, and contacted me when she did. Thanks so much!

Ottimo servizio unica cosa che ho notato il prezzo purtroppo sono un po cari però se hai bisogno di informazioni di aiuto il personale è molto preparato e disponibile i prodotti sono ottimi buona organizzazione. Lo consiglio.
Staff very kind friendly and very professional. In the shop you will find everything for your furry 4-legged friend.
Excellent service only thing I noticed the price unfortunately they are a bit expensive but if you need help information the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful the products are excellent good organization. I advise.
