Ottimo servizio con personale cortese e preparato che conosce bene i prodotti esposti e sa consigliare il cliente. Dispongono di tessera fedeltà di cui in realtà non conosco ancora i benefici anche se posso già dire che una cosa molto positiva è la possibilità di utilizzare il proprio account cliente mediante nome e cognome nel caso in cui non si abbia al momento con se la tessera plastificata. I prezzi sono nella media con il vantaggio di avere per ogni prodotto alternative sia economiche che costose.
Clean and tidy shop with a large assortment of products for all the needs of our four-legged friends. Excellent service with courteous and knowledgeable staff who know the products on display well and know how to advise the customer. They have a loyalty card which in reality I do not yet know the benefits even if I can already say that a very positive thing is the possibility of using your customer account by name and surname if you do not currently have the plastic card with you . Prices are average with the advantage of having both cheap and expensive alternatives for each product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di prodotti, alcuni tuttavia sono molto sopra il prezzo di mercato (i croccantini purina one gatto e le scatolette gourmet), per il resto nella norma come prezzo. Valore aggiunto senza dubbio le commesse, disponibili e gentilissime.
Wide choice of products, some however are far above the market price (purina one cat treats and gourmet tins), otherwise the price is in the norm. Undoubtedly the orders, helpful and very kind, added value.

Unico neo un po' caro su alcuni prodotti non alimentari come cucce e guinzagli. Ma nel suo insieme si fa fidelizzare
Well matched for both cats and dogs and other animals. Good assortment also in parapharmaceutical medicinal products. Friendly and helpful staff. Adequate parking. The only drawback is a little expensive on some non-food products such as kennels and leashes. But as a whole it gains loyalty
