I am a regular customer of the shop.staff always kind and helpful.yesterday I was served by the tall blonde lady who helped me in choosing the boxes for my cat and she was very kind and very prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfavore cambiate direttrice 8 anni che vado e mai avuto un problema ora non finché vedo che è cosi non ci torno più piuttosto cambio arcaplanet . Immagino che la ricchezza di un posto cosi non dipenda da una singola persona però se parte di quello che succede a me succede ad altri finirà per fallire . Questo è tutto quello che ho da dire non ho intenzione di dare altre spiegazioni ne di parlarne in maniera oltremodo negativa.
Please change manager 8 years that I go and never had a problem now not until I see that it is so I do not go back rather I change arcaplanet. I imagine that the wealth of a place like this does not depend on a single person but if part of what happens to me happens to others it will end up failing. This is all I have to say I am not going to give any other explanations or to talk about it in an extremely negative way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am vegetarian and now I have a cat in foster care and ending up buying meat and apart from the fact that I live on a (Arca) planet where there is literally around every corner a supermarket for animal products (loads of meat, and worse:fish) well sorted, good prices and nice staff. Still somehow shocked by the range of products and stuff around pets....
