★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2008 ho acquistato un motore elettrico Torqeedo da utilizzare per il tender. Dopo un anno, per motivi di lavoro, ho dovuto interrompere la navigazione per diverso tempo. Al momento di riutilizzarlo, la batteria, com'era prevedibile, era da sostituire. Nel frattempo però Torqeedo aveva cambiato il tipo di batteria con un nuovo modello più efficiente che, purtroppo, non era installabile sul mio motore. Arca Nautica si è adoperata verso Commerciale Selva in maniera tale da offrirmi un nuovo motore ad un prezzo meno della metà rispetto al listino. Ottimo servizio.
In 2008 I purchased a Torqeedo electric motor to use for the tender. After a year, for work reasons, I had to stop browsing for some time. At the time of re-use, battery, predictably, was to replace. In the meantime, however, Torqeedo had changed the type of battery with a new, more efficient model that, unfortunately, could not be installed on my engine. Arca Nautica has worked towards Commerciale Selva in such a way as to offer me a new engine at a price less than half compared to the list. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva, per competenze meccanica tecnica, ti consigliano nel modo migliore, tutto lo staff e molto competente e disponibile, la figlia di Aldo segue la parte amministrativa qualsiasi dubbio lo chiarisce subito. la cosa che piu mi ha colpito, e che per loro non fa differenza il cliente che spende 100 o quello che spende 10 ti trattano alla stessa maniera bravi. lo consiglio vivamente.

Non aspettatevi uno show room dove poter visionare barche e motori avvolti da musica soffusa... È un'officina con persone che lavorano e, a giudicare dal movimento di barche, anche bene.
Ho acquistato un motore ed un tender in tempi diversi, nulla da ridire sulla competenza dell mia interlocutrice che mi ha sempre illustrato i prodotti in modo semplice e chiaro (evidenziando pro e contro).
