Unfriendly and inattentive staff. I have been there several times to ask for information on different types of animals for the possible purchase but never had a clear answer on how to look after them.

Mi ha consigliato e spiegato in maniera semplice ed esaustiva il primo approccio all acquariologia.
Mi ha indirizzato verso il prodotto più idoneo ad una neofita come, me con piante resistenti e di facile mantenimento.
Ci vediamo tra qualche settimana per prendere i primi pesciolini!!!

Compliments. I have turned with confidence to the owner whom I know for his seriousness and variety of products and animals treated with care to solve one of my needs: a nice cage for a mouse. Extremely professional, he understood the situation and my needs very well and proceeded by finding the right product and furnishing it to the top as I had asked him to also have something beautiful! He made me deliver the structure to my home and made me spend little for everything he gave me. He also recommended some products I hadn't thought of but very useful! They don't need my review but a thank you I must say! Trust me!
