La visita, con guida, dura un paio di ore e va prenotata. Così come il pranzo se si intende usufruirne (ci sono alcuni menu fissi, è bene informarsi prima). Servito all'aria aperta, in tavoli ben distanziati. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, anche l'attenzione per le norme covid, per le allergie (opzione senza glutine presente!) e il laboratorio di archeologia che a mio figlio è piaciuto molto. Complimenti! Enchanting place where love and respect for animals are strongly perceived and the professionalism with which they allow children to get close to exotic and particular animals, discovering very interesting distinctive features. The visit, with a guide, lasts a couple of hours and must be booked. As well as lunch if you intend to use it (there are some set menus, it is good to inquire first). Served in the open air, in well-spaced tables. We appreciated everything, even the attention to covid regulations, allergies (gluten-free option available!) And the archeology laboratory which my son loved. Congratulations!

Ristorante a menù fisso con carne e salumi e menù bambini ...non potrebbero fare altrimenti con tutte le attività che svolgono bar shop e bagno super attrezzato con fasciatoio..Insomma tutto molto bello ed educativo grazie grazie grazie per la splendida giornata. Prenotate sempre prima ... Ps non vediamo l'ora di visitare la casa di Babbo Natale.. La guida (Claudia T) ci ha mostrato con professionalità, pazienza e simpatia tutti gli animali, che i bambini hanno potuto osservare e nutrire, per quasi due ore. Il pranzo è stato servito all'aperto ed è stato molto apprezzato da adulti e bambini. Abbiamo usufruito di scivoli e altalene e partecipato al laboratorio a tema dinosauri. Il bagno curato e pulito. La consiglio per trascorrere una piacevole giornata! Beautiful experience at the ark of the chameleons! The guide (Claudia T) showed us all the animals with professionalism, patience and sympathy, which the children were able to observe and feed, for almost two hours. Lunch was served outdoors and was much enjoyed by adults and children alike. We took advantage of the slides and swings and participated in the dinosaur-themed workshop. The bathroom was well kept and clean. I recommend it to spend a pleasant day!

The staff is very knowledgeable and are very friendly and kind with the animals, they have an excellent relationship between them and the animals. The place is very family friendly and seems to be managed by a family. Inside there is no restaurant but they have a little bar where to get some refreshments.
