Nel nostro caso, nell'arco degli ultimi 3/4 anni, quando dobbiamo ricevere raccomandate con ricevuta non hanno MAI consegnato correttamente una volta. In tempi "normali" consegnano intorno alle 14:00, quando è normale che un ufficio sia chiuso, e quindi lasciano puntualmente l'avviso di giacenza, costringendoci poi al ritiro presso la loro sede (un posto peraltro che tutto sembra tranne un ufficio di un vettore postale); in questo periodo di emergenza Covid-19, invece, passano in mattinata, orario di regolare apertura dell'ufficio, ma invece di consegnare la raccomandata o quantomeno suonare il campanello lasciano direttamente l'avviso di giacenza in cassetta, creando moltissimo disagio ai nostri assicurati oltre che a noi (le raccomandate che riceviamo tramite Nexive sono assegni di liquidazione sinistri a favore dei Clienti).
Inoltre, non rispondono MAI al telefono.
Servizio molto ma molto scadente, evitatelo.
Nexive postal service branch characterized by very little professionalism. In our case, over the past 3/4 years, when we have to receive registered mail with a receipt they have NEVER delivered correctly once. In "normal" times they deliver around 14:00, when it is normal for an office to be closed, and therefore they leave the notice of stock on time, forcing us then to collect them at their headquarters (a place, however, that everything seems except an office of a postal carrier); in this emergency period Covid-19, on the other hand, pass in the morning, regular office opening hours, but instead of delivering the registered letter or at least ringing the bell they leave the stock alert directly on the box, creating a lot of discomfort for our policyholders as well as to us (the registered letters we receive through Nexive are claims settlement claims in favor of Customers).
They also NEVER answer the phone.
Very, very poor service, avoid it.
