e	eliana amati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lo consiglierei, non tanto per l'esito negativo quanto per il fatto che si fanno pagare la conservazione degli embrioni che poi ho scoperto che PER LEGGE dovrebbe essere a carico del centro. Oltre a ciò, abbiamo dovuto pagare anche la conservazione degli ovociti, ed anche questa in altri centri è gratuita per il primo anno. Perciò, valutate voi se si può parlare di serietà! I would not recommend it, not so much for the negative outcome as for the fact that they charge the conservation of the embryos that I later discovered that BY LAW should be borne by the center. In addition to this, we also had to pay for the conservation of the oocytes, and even this in other centers is free for the first year. Therefore, evaluate yourself if we can speak of seriousness!

f	fratecnofes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non do una stella perché il test è stato negativo,anzi.. positivo alla prima Icsi.. una stella perché purtroppo ho perso una tuba e il bimbo per la superficialità con il quale siamo stati trattati: tiroide? nessun tipo di protocollo... ureoplasma?nessun test fatto... troppa leggerezza... trasferito in 3a giornata con iperstimolo che mi è costato 11 giorni di ricovero... chiesto trasferimento gameti in altra regione. I do not give a star because the test was negative, on the contrary .. positive at the first Icsi .. a star because unfortunately I lost a tuba and the child for the superficiality with which we were treated: thyroid? no type of protocol ... ureoplasma? no tests done ... too light ... transferred in the 3rd day with hyperstimulus which cost me 11 days of hospitalization ... requested gamete transfer to another region.

Anch’io sono sicuramente grata al centro per essere riusciti a regalarmi la gioia più bella della mia vita ma voglio anche precisare che sarei tornata se l’esito fosse stato negativo per altri tentativi. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricorrere ad altri centri prima di provare all’Arc e niente è stato uguale ai percorsi precedenti. Qui mi sono sentita subito al sicuro, seguita non solo da professionisti meravigliosi sia come professionalità che come umanità ma tutto l’intero staff è molto preparato. Le ragazze dell’accoglienza sono disponibili e sempre pronte ad aiutare. Preciso che sono arrivata in questo centro scoraggiata e stanca, era l’ultima spiaggia. Mentalmente quindi non molto ricettiva ma con pazienza mi hanno accompagnato fino alla fine senza dimostrarsi scocciate nemmeno una volta. Specifico che pur avendo un risultato positivo in questo centro al primo tentativo durante il percorso ho avuto degli ostacoli ma non ho mai smesso di sentirmi seguita e coccolata. Posso dire che rispetto agli atri due centri in cui mi sono affidata questo è notevolmente superiore in tutto. Grazie all’intera equipe, dai ginecologi agli embriologi, dai psicologi alle ostetriche e alle meravigliose ragazze della segreteria che in questo centro sono molto di più di semplici impiegate. I too am certainly grateful to the center for being able to give me the most beautiful joy of my life but I also want to point out that I would have returned if the outcome had been negative for other attempts. Unfortunately I had to resort to other centers before trying the Arc and nothing was the same as the previous courses. Here I immediately felt safe, followed not only by wonderful professionals both in terms of professionalism and humanity, but the entire staff is very prepared. The reception girls are available and always ready to help. I specify that I arrived in this center discouraged and tired, it was the last resort. Mentally therefore not very receptive but with patience they accompanied me to the end without being annoyed even once. I specify that despite having a positive result in this center on the first attempt during the journey I had some obstacles but I never stopped feeling followed and pampered. I can say that compared to the other two centers in which I have entrusted myself this is considerably superior in everything. Thanks to the entire team, from gynecologists to embryologists, from psychologists to midwives and to the wonderful girls of the secretariat who in this center are much more than just employees.

Fin dal primo colloquio con la Signora Elsa ci siamo sentiti in mani competenti,cortesi ed empatiche. Abbiamo conosciuto TUTTO lo staff che ci ha seguito con colloqui privati e molto esaurienti.Le signore della reception sono sempre pronte per qualsiasi cosa( fiscale, di coordinamento o di informazioni) ed aiutano sempre con gentilezza e sorriso. Le infermiere sono delicate professionali ed efficenti e mettono subito a proprio agio. I biologi e l'anestesista traspirano professionalità dai primi colloqui e non si limitano alle parole ma con i fatti se ne ha la riprova. Il Dottor Rizzo con la sua calma e la sua professionalità è esaustivo chiaro e limpido e la Dottoressa Chiozzini,con la quale io ho avuto il maggior numero di colloqui, mi ha seguito come se fossi una cara amica. Gentilezza che vi assicuro non è riservata solo a me, che ero una qualsiasi paziente ma a tutte . Sempre sorridente e gentile ma decisa e tenace quando serve non lascia nulla al caso. Insomma noi ci siamo sentiti veramente in mani sicure e ci sentiamo di consigliare l'arc veramente con il cuore in mano. The ladies at the reception are always ready for anything (tax, coordination or information) and always help with kindness and a smile. The nurses are delicate, professional and efficient and immediately put you at ease. The biologists and the anesthetist transpire professionalism from the first interviews and are not limited to words but with deeds if there is proof. Doctor Rizzo with his calm and professionalism is exhaustive, clear and limpid and Doctor Chiozzini, with whom I have had the most interviews, followed me as if I were a dear friend. Kindness that I assure you is not reserved only for me, who was any patient but for all of them. Always smiling and kind but firm and tenacious when needed, she leaves nothing to chance. In short, we really felt in safe hands and we feel we can recommend the arc truly with our heart in hand.
