Avevo ordinato 2 scatole di arance e 1 di mandarini. Il trasportatore per problemi vari ha ritardato la consegna di oltre 8 giorni facendomi pervenire i mandarini completamente da buttare e solo una parte delle arance ancora in buone condizioni. L'azienda mi ha contattato regolarmente durante l'attesa e, visto il risultato della consegna, mi ha rimborsato immediatamente l'intero importo pagato. Aggiungo che le poche arance arrivate sono molto buone. Grazie. L'anno prossimo comprerò sicuramente ancora da voi.
I am writing this review to thank this company that has shown excellent professionalism in the face of a mistake for which it was not responsible. I had ordered 2 boxes of oranges and 1 of tangerines. Due to various problems, the transporter delayed the delivery by over 8 days, sending me the mandarins completely to be thrown away and only a part of the oranges still in good condition. The company contacted me regularly during the wait and, given the result of the delivery, immediately refunded the full amount paid. I add that the few oranges that have arrived are very good. Thank you. I will definitely buy from you again next year.
