Showroom bellissimo, personale competente, prodotti di qualità. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Consigliatissimo! T	Tania Di Giampaolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire scarsa professionalità è dire poco, mesi di attesa per un preventivo MAI arivato, lunghe attese al telefono in vano senza alcuna risposta e qualora una risposta arrivasse era solo per dire che era inutile chiamare in continuazione... In un periodo come questo l'attenzione al cliente dovrebbe essere la prima regola per stare nel commercio e se come me altri hanno avuto la stessa esperienza mi chiedo come facciano a stare ancora in piedi... Delusione completa! To say lack of professionalism is an understatement, months of waiting for a quote NEVER arrived, long waits on the phone in vain without any response and if an answer came it was only to say that it was useless to call continuously ... In a period like this the attention to the customer should be the first rule to stay in the business and if like me others have had the same experience I wonder how they can still stand ... Complete disappointment!

I will return for the purchase as I have found an excellent quality-price ratio

Tutti quelli che l'hanno vista montata se ne sono innamorati!Grande competenza e professionalità degli arredatori che hanno avuto grandissima pazienza nel supportarmi e sopportarmi ? Ritornerò sicuramente per qualche altro acquisto! I bought a custom-designed kitchen a few months ago and I must say that the result was truly amazing! Everyone who has seen it assembled has fallen in love with it! Great competence and professionalism of the interior designers who have had great patience in supporting me and putting up with me ? F	Fausto Di Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina appena arrivata e montata....non ci sono dubbi sulla qualità del prodotto che consiglierei a chiunque...sono stato seguito in maniera eccellente....di questo ringrazio di cuore Belinda per la cortesia, disponibilità e davvero grande competenza.....in generale, peccato per il non rispetto dei tempi previsti sulla consegna considerato il largo anticipo con cui mi sono mosso nella scelta e concretamente nell'ordine e alcuni dettagli relativamente al montaggio non all'altezza del livello costruttivo della cucina; è apprezzabile però la pronta disponibilità nel trovare la soluzione a quanto evidenziato.

Ad oggi dal 1 settembre (data ordine) sto già pagando il finanziamento per non essere libero di fare nemmeno un caffè e dover lavare i piatti nel bagno. Cosa ancora peggiore l' assurdo di non avere ancora una risposta certa sulla consegna. Spero mettano rimedio... I state that I had a lot of faith in this company and especially in the Pescara office but obviously they do their interests. As of September 1st (order date) I am already paying the loan to not be free to even make a coffee and have to wash the dishes in the bathroom. Worse still is the absurdity of not yet having a certain answer on the delivery. I hope they remedy ...

Sarebbe stato meglio un patto col diavolo. Nel frattempo stiamo ancora aspettando la nostra cucina ordinata parecchi mesi fa e andata ben oltre i tempi previsti di consegna nonostante ciò nessuno ha fatto sapere nulla. FATE ATTENZIONE A FIDARVI (stiamo ancora aspettando) I can say a really bad experience masked by smiles and availability and ended by total absence and indifference once the contract was signed ... A pact with the devil would have been better. In the meantime we are still waiting for our kitchen ordered several months ago and gone well beyond the expected delivery times despite this no one has made it known. BE CAREFUL TO TRUST YOU (we are still waiting)
