Dopo 20 anni come loro cliente e aver pagato sempre regolarmente la polizza, mi hanno dato la disdetta perché ho avuto secondo loro, in 20 anni come loro cliente, diversi sinistri. In realtà un solo sinistro. Una causa contro l'Inail. Gli altri erano una consulenza specialistica per il sinistro contro l'Inail, 1 lettera fatta da 1 avvocato contro l'ipermecato coop di pn, 1 controversia contro l'opel di pn, nel 2003, andata a buon fine, perché non ho pagato niente al mio avvocato visto la che la colpa era dell'opel, che mi aveva consegnato un'auto senza gli optional pagati e una consulenza legale nel 1999. Poi avevo chiesto il riconoscimento di un altro sinistro contro l'azienda nel 2018, ma mi è stato negato perché secondo l'arag, non il giudice, era prescritto. Il sinistro è in tribunale, ho avuto già 3 udienze e il giudice del lavoro non ha mai parlato di prescrizione. Forse l'arag ha il suo giudice personale che decide sulla testa dei suoi clienti per non riconoscere in partenza il sinistro. Visto che nel sinistro contro l'Inail non hanno voluto riconoscermi la somma patuita nella polizza che era fino a 20000euro per sinistro, non ho potuto andare in cassazione dove avrei vinto la causa, visto le tante cause come la mia vinte in cassazione. L'inail è un potere forte dello stato e non ci si può fermare in appello. Visto che per andare in cassazione ci voglione delle somme alte, io non ho potuto permettermele. Se avrei vinto l'arag avrebbe avuto indietro i suoi soldi. Però mi hanno dato la disdetta. Molto seri come assicurazione legale. ARAG bad insurance. Non la consiglio!!
