★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata due settimane per fare il septum, un tipo di piercing, devo dire sono attenti alle norme sanitarie. La piercier mi ha fatto il piercing e per fortuna è andato tutto bene anche in seguito niente infezioni o dolori. L’unica nota negativa che devo scrivere è la freddezza delle persone che lavorano li sia la ragazza che sta al banco e sia la piercier, non ti fanno sentire a proprio agio e sembra quasi che siano infastidite da i clienti. Devo dire che io ero sola e un po’ nervosa per il piercing e di questo sono apparse alquanto scocciate sopratutto la piercier che non mi ha messo per nulla a mio agio. Penso che qualità come gentilezza, un sorriso di conforto siano indispensabili per chi fa un lavoro del genere.
 I went for two weeks to do the septum, a type of piercing, I must say they are attentive to health regulations. The piercier gave me the piercing and luckily everything went well afterwards, no infections or pains. The only negative I have to write is the coldness of the people who work there, both the girl at the counter and the piercier, they don't make you feel at ease and it almost seems like they are bothered by customers. I must say that I was alone and a little nervous about the piercing and this was particularly annoyed by the piercier who did not put me at ease at all. I think that qualities such as kindness, a comforting smile are indispensable for those who do such a job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale pulitissimo , personale freddo,e poco accogliente . Personalmente non ho avuto una buona esperienza con un piercing non per colpa lora ma avrebbero potuto gestire meglio la cosa
Spotlessly clean, cold staff, and unwelcoming. I personally haven't had a good experience with a piercing through no fault of their own now but they could have handled it better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dp tanti anni di titubanza ho deciso di farmi il pircing alla lingua e ho scelto loro l'ARABA FENICE xkè avevo sentito ke erano professionali e xkè più di 4 anni fa mio fratello lo fece e si era trovato bene .....quindi mi sn fatta forza e sn andata prendendo appuntamento ovviamente.....Pamela la ragazza ke mi ha fatto il pircing è stata molto accurata nel suo lavoro mi ha spiegato tutto prima di farlo e dp ? .... posso assicurarvi ke nn ho sentito nulla poi dal gg dp ovviamente essendo una cosa ke nn si fa tutti i gg tramite whatsapp ho kiesto tutti i dubbi e le perplessità ke avevo e Pamela molto gentilmente mi ha rassicurato al 1000x1000 oggi dp 4 gg dal mio pircing posso dire di aver fatto la giusta scelta e ke LEI è una ragazza ingambissima.....se siete intenzionati andate da lei nn ve ne pentirete.....1 cosa vi consiglio e vi dico il pircing alla lingua nn è cm quello ke si fa sul naso o alle orecchie ma richiede molta cura e attenzione.....quindi se vi è successo qualcosa di negativo nn ve la prendete cn ki fa il suo lavoro ma sl cn voi stessi....IO MI STO TROVANDO BENISSIMO SEGUO LE SUE ISTRUZIONI E TORNANDO INDIETRO SAREI ANDATA PRIMA? .

Dp so many years of hesitation I decided to pirc my tongue and I chose them ARABA PHOENIX because I had heard they were professional and because more than 4 years ago my brother did it and he was happy ..... so I sn strengthened and sn went making an appointment of course ..... Pamela the girl who pirced me was very accurate in her work she explained everything to me before doing it and dp ? .... I can assure you ke nn I heard then nothing from the day dp obviously being something ke nn is done every day via whatsapp I have all the doubts and perplexities ke I had and Pamela very kindly reassured me at 1000x1000 today dp 4 days from my pircing I can say that I did the right choice and she is a very ingenious girl ..... if you are willing go to her nn you will regret it ..... 1 thing I recommend and I tell you the pircing to the tongue nn is cm what you do on the nose or to the ears but it requires a lot of care and attention ..... so if something has happened to you neg active nn you take it cn ki does its job but sl cn yourself .... I AM FINDING VERY WELL FOLLOWING HIS INSTRUCTIONS AND GOING BACK I WOULD BE GONE FIRST?.

Devo dire che il punto di forza è il ragazzo che ti accoglie con un sorriso all'entrata, che purtroppo non lavora là, ma è felice di accogliere le persone come se fossero a casa loro. An enchanted place where courtesy, hygiene and professionalism are the masters. I have done so many tattoos and piercings that my mother no longer recognizes me. I must say that the strong point is the guy who welcomes you with a smile at the entrance, who unfortunately does not work there, but is happy to welcome people as if they were in their home. If there were more stars I would put them without any hesitation. Arab strength! We are all with you, you shine and rise from the ashes of the insipid everyday life, enlighten us with your ardor.

Sono stata trattata con molta tranquillità e gentilezza ed è stato fatto un lavoro davvero incredibile. Sono due giorni che ho il piercing e con i loro consigli da davvero dei buoni segni di guarigione, ci tornerò volentieri per eseguire altri piercing un giorno, consigliatissimi.
I recently got a nipple piercing from them. Pamela was great and really professional. I was treated with a lot of calm and kindness and a truly amazing job was done. I have had the piercing for two days and with their advice it gives really good signs of healing, I will gladly return to perform other piercings one day, highly recommended.
