Ho affittato un pulmino con altri amici e la sera prima della partenza ci viene detto che il pulmino non è più disponibile... Abbiamo contattato il proprietario e in modo scortese ci ha letteralmente mandati a quel paese! Un consiglio: affidatevi ad aziende serie se non volete brutte sorprese! Don't rely on these rude people! I had a horrible experience. I rented a minibus with other friends and the night before departure we are told that the minibus is no longer available ... We contacted the owner and in a rude way he literally sent us to that country! A tip: rely on serious companies if you don't want nasty surprises!

Nonostante le innumerevoli richieste di conferma, il giorno prima mi sono trovata senza mezzo, senza nessuno che rispondesse al telefono per darmi spiegazioni per poi essere mandata lì dove non è gentile esser mandati. Le speranze di una vacanza con gli amici sono state infrante per via della poca professionalità di Ar noleggi. Disappointment. I booked a van a month earlier. Chiamo il responsabile il giorno prima per accordarci sull’orario e vengo a sapere che la macchina destinata a me è stata già affittata a qualcun’altro. Mi sono dunque trovata il giorno prima della vacanza in Sicilia senza auto in una disperata ricerca che, visto il periodo estivo, è stata molto complicata. Posso dire soltanto che questa è pura mancanza di professionalità, serietà e aggiungo pure gentilezza visto che il proprietario dopo la nostra ultima conversazione mi ha miseramente liquidata senza nemmeno scusarsi. La Sicilia è un posto bellissimo, se non fosse per persone come questa. P.S. Alla fine ho trovato una macchina in affitto il giorno stesso del mio arrivo, grazie alla professionalità e gentilezza di “Roccuzzo Auto”. Andate da loro, non ve ne pentirete! Shameful. Sicily is a beautiful place, if it weren't for people like this. P.S. In the end I found a rental car on the day of my arrival, thanks to the professionalism and kindness of "Roccuzzo Auto". Go to them, you will not regret it!

Chiedendo aiuto e in una situazione di disperazione mi viene risposto dal proprietario " non posso farci nulla, non è un problema che mi riguarda... Con tanto di cit. " Ora ma ruttu i baddi"! Vorrei fare i complimenti a questa persona splendida, molto educata e professionale. Mi raccomando state attenti a queste persone, pensateci cento volte prima di prenotare un mezzo. Un giorno prima di partire ci viene in mente di chiamarlo per prendere un'appuntamento per il ritiro del veicolo con conseguenza di segreteria telefonica. Chiamiamo da un numero a lui sconosciuto e risponde e da questo momento capiamo che c'è qualcosa che non va. Codesto signore ci risponde che ha avuto un problema tecnico al pulmino e che non è un problema suo se noi perdiamo i soldi della vacanza già prenotata. Alla fine dei conti il signore si presenta molto maleducato e non professionale. Non consiglio di affidarvi a lui perché vi lascia a piedi. We call from a number unknown to him and he answers and from this moment we understand that there is something wrong. This gentleman replies that he had a technical problem with the van and that it is not his problem if we lose the money of the holiday already booked. At the end of the day the gentleman is very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend trusting him because he leaves you on foot.

Giunti al giorno prima contattiamo il titolare per accordarci e scopriamo che il pulmino non è più disponibile. Vacanza rovinata, il proprietario per niente disponibile, anzi al telefono esordisce con parole scurrili e fuori da ogni forma di educazione, ci abbiamo rimesso anche i soldi dell’appartamento. Sconsiglio vivamente, non si lavora in questo modo, nessuna serietà! Abbiamo anche prenotato l’appartamento… e il giorno prima il proprietario ci ha detto che il pulmino non era più disponibile! Detto comunque anche in modo molto molto sgarbato. Zero professionalità.
