I got advice from them for the choice of velux and I must tell you that I have never done what is right.They are beautiful but what is important is money, of excellent quality. The installation was carried out in the right time, with professionalism and precision. The miners were very polite and clean and they solved small problems (due to the roof) with precision. Abbiamo acquistato porte e finestre poco più di 5 anni fa, non ci aspettavamo che a distanza di così poco iniziassero a rimanerci letteralmente le maniglie in mano!! Chiamiamo l'assistenza e come se non bastasse ti chiedono 30/35 euro solo per la chiamata. Quello in foto è solo un esempio, stesso problema in altre due camere. La porta di ingresso a momenti neanche si chiude, all'inizio imputavo la causa alla poca delicatezza della mia famiglia, adesso metto in dubbio la qualità del materiale utilizzato da questa azienda. Sarò disposto a modificare la recensione se ci verranno sistemati tutti gli infissi e ci verrà offerto un servizio degno di essere considerato tale. Bad experience. We bought doors and windows just over 5 years ago, we did not expect that after so little distance the handles would literally start to remain in our hands !! We call assistance and as if that were not enough they ask you for 30/35 euros just for the call. The one in the picture is just an example, same problem in two other rooms. The entrance door does not even close at times, at first I blamed the cause on the lack of delicacy of my family, now I question the quality of the material used by this company. I will be willing to change the review if all the fixtures are fixed and we will be offered a service worthy of being considered as such.
