★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver atteso che venisse servita l'unica macchina sull'intera pompa di distribuzione mi viene detto che è necessario fare il pieno di metano perché hanno precedenza questi clienti. Intanto erano sopraggiunte altre 2 macchine e significava quindi dover aspettare altro tempo. Comportamento assurdo nonché scortese e non professionale. Molto meglio il personale appartenente alla vecchia gestione, gli sono stato cliente per oltre 10 anni, ora la nuova ne ha perso uno.
After waiting for the only machine to be served on the entire distribution pump, I am told that it is necessary to fill up with methane because these customers have priority. Meanwhile, 2 other machines had arrived and therefore meant having to wait longer. Absurd as well as rude and unprofessional behavior. Much better the staff belonging to the old management, I have been a customer for over 10 years, now the new one has lost one.
