★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un macchina da cucire Brother kd144 ad un prezzo superiore a quello reperibile sul mercato (ad esempio nei supermercati) confidando nell'assistenza tecnica che avrebbero potuto offrirci. La macchina dopo poco utilizzo si è sfasata e alla richiesta di assistenza ci hanno proposto un preventivo decisamente esoso, non venendoci incontro in alcun modo.
Ad averlo saputo avremmo senz'altro acquistato il prodotto presso la grande distribuzione ad un prezzo inferiore, visto che l'assistenza è stata inesistente!
We bought a Brother kd144 sewing machine at a price higher than that available on the market (for example in supermarkets) trusting in the technical assistance they could offer us. After a short time the machine got out of phase and at the request for assistance they offered us a decidedly exorbitant quote, not coming to meet us in any way.
Having known, we would certainly have purchased the product from large retailers at a lower price, since assistance was non-existent!

Negozio molto fornito. Inoltre nel negozio si può trovare un vasto assortimento di stoffe americane e una fornitissima merceria.
Ottimo per consigli su quilt, patchwork, applicazioni e ricamo a macchina.

I put five stars because in the purchase of my embroiderer I found professionalism, courtesy, kindness and assistance, not only in choosing the right machine, but for everything related to the world of sewing. Well stocked shop. Also in the shop you can find a vast assortment of American fabrics and a well-stocked haberdashery.
Great for quilting, patchwork, appliqué and machine embroidery advice.

Sara and Tania (and everyone who works in the shop) are very kind, professional and very easy going. They advised me in buying an embroidery machine, they followed and taught me (even during the zoom lockdown) and helped with any doubts I had.
