★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom ampissimo nel quale toccare con mano buona parte della produzione dell'azienda (tutta non entrerebbe in uno spazio doppio), tanta cortesia a partire dal titolare Carmine, ma anche il tornista, che mentre stava andando via si è rimesso il grembiule e ha operato la sua magia per noi, magia perché il vaso ha preso forma sotto i nostri occhi come per magia, e la signora che decora le terracotte, che con pochi agili tratti di pennello ha creato delle opere d'arte in pochi secondi

Da quindici giorni stiamo aspettando che vengano sostituite, il mantra è che le hanno spedite e ci sono criticità con il corriere. Io mi trovo bloccata con lavori e il cantiere ancora aperto in un appartamento abitato. Da Salerno a Bologna avremmo fatto prima a piedi. Pessima esperienza. Design bello, ma assistenza inesistente. Peccato....
I bought tiles for two bathrooms, about seventy tiles were broken and the decor was wrong. It can happen. For fifteen days we have been waiting for them to be replaced, the mantra is that they have shipped them and there are critical issues with the courier. I find myself blocked with works and the construction site still open in an inhabited apartment. From Salerno to Bologna we would have done first on foot. Bad experience. Nice design, but nonexistent assistance. Sin....
