★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima Agenzia, grazie a loro sono riuscito a vendere il mio appartamento e ad acquistare un nuovo immobile . Nonostante le difficoltà dovute al Covid , ho effettuato entrambe le operazioni nel giro di 6 mesi, li ho trovati molto professionali , disponibili e cordiali.
Li consiglio a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il consulente non si é presentato all'appuntamento (senza nemmeno avvisare). Quando ho chiamato in agenzia ha riferito di aver provato a telefonarmi il giorno prima, ma il mio telefono non era raggiungibile: cosa assolutamente non vera perché mi sarebbe arrivato il messaggio da parte del mio gestore. Ad ogni modo poteva trovare soluzioni alternative per avvisare (SMS, mail, wa) se solo ci fosse stato il rispetto per il tempo altrui e soprattutto l'educazione. Inoltre, quando gli ho fatto notare che poteva mandare un SMS mi ha risposto dicendo "potevo!". Nemmeno un "Mi scusi"! Il mio gestore telefonico funziona benissimo, quindi è inutile fare finta di essere persone educate e rispettose perchè in questa situazione avete dimostrato l'esatto contrario!!
The consultant did not show up for the appointment (without even notifying). When I called the agency he reported that he had tried to call me the day before, but my phone was not reachable: which is absolutely not true because I would have received the message from my manager. In any case, he could find alternative solutions to warn (SMS, mail, wa) if only there was respect for the time of others and above all education. Also, when I pointed out that he could send an SMS he replied saying "I could!". Not even an "Excuse me"! My telephone operator works very well, so it is useless to pretend to be polite and respectful people because in this situation you have proved the exact opposite!
