Utile era, per chi conosceva i prodotti, la possibilità di prendere il carrello e prenderli da soli, un pò meno per i privati che dovevano aspettare il turno del personale libero ma passava del tempo, forse troppo! Da poco è stato installato un bancone con personale che serve tutti i clienti, una bella miglioria!
Da provare anche l'Expò dove di persona si può vedere tutto per la casa, pavimentazioni, piastrellature, sanitari, rubinetteria ecc. seguiti e consigliati da personale qualificato tutto è più facile..

Good! Wide range of materials for trained and improvised plumbers. It was useful, for those who knew the products, to take the trolley and pick them up on their own, a little less for private individuals who had to wait for the free staff to turn up, but time passed, perhaps too much! A counter with staff serving all customers has recently been installed, a great improvement!
Also try the Expo where in person you can see everything for the home, flooring, tiling, sanitary ware, taps etc. followed and recommended by qualified personnel everything is easier ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magazzino ben fornito, anche se spesso manca qualcosa che comunque viene ordinato ed arriva (non di rado errato) in una o due settimane. Prezzi troppo alti su alcuni articoli. Personale competente, soprattutto i tecnici degli uffici adiacenti al punto vendita. Parcheggio ampio e comodo.
A well-stocked warehouse, although something is often missing which is nevertheless ordered and arrives (often incorrectly) in one or two weeks. Prices too high on some items. Competent staff, especially the technicians of the offices adjacent to the point of sale. Ample and comfortable parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia non è il forte di questo negozio, specie con le donne. Mi è capitato più di una volta di arrivare alle 12.45 vedersi chiudere i cancelli in faccia senza replica! Gli orari sono troppo ridotti all'osso per chi lavora!
Courtesy is not the strong point of this shop, especially with women. It happened to me more than once to arrive at 12.45 to have the gates closed in the face without a reply! The hours are too short for those who work!
