Per me è molto più di una palestra perché puoi allenarti, ballare, sfogarti e distrarti dalle preoccupazioni, insieme ad istruttori preparati che ti accolgono, ti seguono e ti fanno sentire in famiglia! Non c'è la sala con gli attrezzi liberi ma a me non interessa perché la trovo noiosa.. Preferisco seguire i corsi e sapere di avere persone esperte che controllano le posizioni e i movimenti, che ti correggono se sbagli e che cambiano regolarmente le schede di allenamento. La cosa estremamente positiva è che i corsi sono ben distribuiti durante la settimana quindi puoi scegliere quando andare.. E se una sera non puoi, basta andare il giorno prima o il giorno dopo, troverai sicuramente una lezione "di recupero"!! I love coming to train in Aqui se baila! Anche i corsi di ballo sono formidabili...ti insegnano a ballare con scioltezza e allegria, provate e vi divertirete un sacco. Mi ha veramente cambiato in meglio... fisicamente...mentalmente... socialmente... GRAZIE SIETE GRANDI !!! Mi sono trovata subito a mio agio con i maestri, che oltre ad essere molto bravi, simpatici e alla mano, sanno coinvolgerti senza imbarazzi. Già dopo poche lezioni sono riuscita a buttarmi in pista per provare a ballare anche con altri ballerini. Si è formato un bel gruppo, sono nate amicizie e ci si diverte sia a lezione che durante le social nights. Non mancano infatti serate organizzate proprio dalla scuola nelle quali puoi fare stage e pratica con gli insegnanti. Consiglio il ballo perché oltre a farti fare movimento divertendoti, ti aiuta a scaricare lo stress, a liberare la mente e... ti rigeneri! Di qui l'idea di imparare a ballare iniziando dal genere più diffuso che è la salsa. Dato che pratico un corso Dynamiq, che si integra molto bene a una dieta alimentare che sto seguendo, attirato dalle musiche che venivano dalla sala antistante e desideroso di provare, mi sono iscritto al corso di salsa base Aquìsebaila. Mi sono trovato da subito in un ambiente piuttosto familiare, gestito da due insegnanti gentili e attenti alle tue necessità. Il corso è ad apprendimento graduale, la prima parte della serata viene dedicata alla ripetizione dei passi base eseguiti da soli, la seconda al ballo in coppia per l'esecuzione di figure chiamate dagli insegnanti. Ma non mancano anche i momenti di libera improvvisazione. Tale modalità è a mio avviso ottimale per poter rompere il ghiaccio e prendere finalmente confidenza con questo ballo. Oltre a ciò gli insegnanti si prodigano a fare gruppo. Organizzando serate 'social' tanto in sede quanto nei locali da ballo della zona. Se uno ha voglia si seguire, c'è l'opportunità di imparare finalmente questo ballo e di crearsi pure il giro per poterlo praticare in seguito. Piacevole anche l'entusiasmo dei partecipanti, di varie età. Che favorisce il coinvolgimento. Insomma, tutti bravi! Fin da piccola i balli latino americani mi incuriosivano e quando provavo, anche senza conoscere i passi, mi divertivo sempre un sacco ma un po' per timidezza, un po' perché praticavo un altro sport e... per pigrizia, non mi sono mai addentrata nel mondo del ballo finché sono arrivata ad Aqui' Se Baila. Fin dalla prima lezione mi ha colpita l'ambiente famigliare e allegro che allo stesso tempo ti permette di imparare e di lavorare in modo proficuo e divertente. Gli istruttori sono professionali, preparati e disponibili. Anche se iscritta da pochi mesi le lezioni svolte mi hanno permesso di ballare tranquillamente anche al di fuori del contesto della scuola, con altri ballerini. Il divertimento e nuove amicizie sono assicurate. Non è mai tardi buttarsi e cominciare a ballare per questo vi consiglio Aqui' Se Baila.
