Dopo aver aspettato più di un mese con vari solleciti e telefonate, rispondono con una mail dicendo che il prodotto non è più in produzione. Azienda da non considerare per i prossimi acquisti. Dopo una settimana chiamo il servizio clienti che mi risponde che mi avrebbero richiamato per aggiornarmi. Mai richiamato dopo tre solleciti. Trattandosi di mangime per animali ed avendolo terminato sono dovuto correre ai ripari comprandolo a prezzo maggiorato nel primo negozio fisico che ho trovato. Alla fine ho dovuto chiedere ed ottenuto il rimborso tramite PayPal Unfortunately I have to put only one star having had a bad experience. Ordered a product available on the site so it had to be delivered in 3/4 days. After a week I call customer service and they reply that they would call me back to update me. Never called back after three reminders. Being animal feed and having finished it, I had to run for cover by buying it at a higher price in the first physical store I found. In the end, I had to ask for and get a refund via PayPal

Dopo solleciti, mail, contatti whatsapp ecc si sono degnati di dirmi "ci scusi ma siamo senza rifornimento di merce" TRUFFATORI . Visto che mi avete risposto alla recensione, ed ai messaggi no, come nemmeno a telefono... Domani pubblico anche il giorno di Pagamento ed accettazione dell'ordine che (dite voi al momento dell'acquisto 2 gg lavorativi). Vediamo dopo lo screen Shot cosa direte ?? Don't buy anything from these scammers, it's been 10 days that I ordered some croquettes for my dog (never arrived) and no trace as of today 2/5/2022. After reminders, emails, whatsapp contacts, etc. they deigned to tell me "sorry but we are out of stock" SCAMS. Since you replied to the review, and not to the messages, not even over the phone ... Tomorrow I also publish the day of Payment and acceptance of the order which (you say at the time of purchase 2 working days). Let's see what you will say after the screen shot ??
