Friendly and helpful staff, well kept fish and excellent prices, I recommend it to anyone new to and from. I am not from Lucca but from Livorno, from now on I will always restock in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso esprimermi per quanto riguarda la fauna acquatica ma se posso darvi un consiglio EVITATE DI COMPERARE RETTILI. Mi ha venduto un camaleonte a cui ero molto affezionata e cercavo di tenerlo nel migliore dei modi. Dopo un anno e mezzo è morto per ipocalcemia. Credevo di aver sbagliato qualcosa io e mi sono rivolta di nuovo a lui. Ho acquistato due pogone,rettili del deserto quindi anche semplici da gestire. Dopo 20 giorni sono tutte e due ricoverate per il solito motivo. Rettilario sbagliato così come riscaldamento(lampade),cibo e substrato. Per non parlare del fatto che me le ha vendute a più del doppio del prezzo che costano. Mi ha detto (testuali parole sue) "io vi ho dato delle indicazioni approssimative". Sono animali delicati che vanno curati non in modo approssimativo. Quindi vi consiglio di evitarlo alla grande.
I can't comment on the aquatic fauna but if I can give you some advice AVOID BUYING REPTILES. He sold me a chameleon that I was very fond of and I tried to keep it in the best way. After a year and a half he died of hypocalcemia. I thought I had something wrong and I turned to him again. I bought two pogone, desert reptiles therefore also easy to manage. After 20 days they are both hospitalized for the usual reason. Wrong reptile house as well as heating (lamps), food and substrate. Not to mention he sold them to me for more than double the price they cost. He told me (in his own words) "I have given you some approximate indications". They are delicate animals that need to be treated not in an approximate way. So I advise you to avoid it big time.
