★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled our fully paid booking after 9 weeks with no explantation, we booked this as a special treat after seeing it on first dates.
They were so unprofessional and rude. I tried everything to try and stay there but they were awful. I just kept getting the no availability one liner as if they didn’t speak English, I tried to book the restaurant and spa to so we could just visit and again got told no. We aren’t covered on insurance as we only wanted to visit this hotel so we have now lost £700 of flights too.Insurance won’t cover this apparently.
They didn’t even say sorry. Heartless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best resort we have ever visited! Just a beautiful place with great friendly staff. Our junior suite was amazing! The spa en the pool: bellissimo! Only the diner was ok: we'd expected a bit more from a 1 Michelin star restaurant. But overall: a great stay and very recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible oasis of calm in the world with top facilities, beautiful spa treatments. The staff are exceptional and the Michelin Star restaurant is sublime. One small criticisms is that if you stay for more than 3 days the evening meal choice begins to run thin. They need to change a couple of dishes each week to keep it interesting. Special mention for the maitrede, Milko. This guy is genuine, cool, and a charm.. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic oasis in the middle of the mountains. Beautiful architecture with amazing Spa amenities. The rooms were gorgeous and the food at the restaurant was literally the best Italian I've eaten after living in the country for almost three years! The staff was cordial and many spoke English. Highly recommend on all accounts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing an honest review of the Aqua Petra resort having seen it in the television in the UK. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are to a good standard, staff are very helpful and friendly ( although the dinning staff are more formal friendly than relaxed I would say) the general staff are very friendly however. Restaurant is to a good standard and breakfast is very good! I think to give a 5 star review I would like a more reasonable bar daytime menu that’s more reasonably priced too, only three items available at around 26€ each, the toasted sandwich states it comes with French fries, these are infact potatoes crisps….to me French fries are fries or chips as we call them in the UK. Spa was good although it could be a little cleaner too. Overall I would say it’s a 3.8 star resort in a 4.5 star location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Came with a group for a couple days. One of our members coat dropped off the back of his chair, the young man (staff member) could not run over fast enough to pick it up, unknowingly to my friend! Awesome
