★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spa complex - wonderful facilities and everything is brand new. It doesn't feel crowded even in the most popular times. The "Slide & Fun" option is perfect for the whole family and there's even a good bar, so you can enjoy a drink near the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the stay with my wife and 2 year old baby. There are lots of things to do for small babies. We were there during the ski hours so it was almost empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite average. Welness area with saunas area is small. Relaxing rooms have some annoying music so it is hard actually to relax. I would much prefer some nature sounds. Food in the bistro was top and the service was nice. Wellness area starts working from 12.00 so keep in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up visiting twice during a week stay in Livigno, just in the wellness area. Staff are fun and friendly. The guy who does the Sauna rituals is absolutely great and are a must do while in there.
Had a great sports massage too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place twice during our stay in Livigno. Great place for the kids (fun and play area, if I remember correctly), with many kinds of toys available. Also very pleasant temperatures (32-33C). Very clean, with staff paying close attention to everything going on. Swimming caps are needed for everybody, including men.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the wellness area. Bar staff were full of banter, in decent English too. The facilities that we tried were all great. We tried the pool, the sauna, the "ice" bath (actually only 18c), the relaxation rooms, the outdoor hot tubs, and two of our party had massages which were reportedly great.
