Ho letto che utilizzano lievito madre e questa cosa mi ha convinta a provare. La pizza è delicata, gustosa e molto digeribile , forse mancava un pizzico di sale nell'impasto ma l'ho divorata con gusto. Staff gentile e puntualissimo. Consigliato.
