From original and healthy breakfasts, to delicious aperitifs, to the interesting choice of proposals for lunch and dinner. The courtesy, concern and friendliness of the staff, the cook and the owner are priceless. I always go back willingly.

Uno spunto dal passato e uno sguardo lungo sul presente è anche il suo menu: tradizionale, con materie prime strettamente locali (di cui si consiglia di provare le sublimi "invenzioni" a base di pomodoro "ciettaicale" tolvese) ma con rivoluzionari accostamenti o rielaborazioni che ne fanno un assaggio elegante e inedito. Vi accoglie in uno spazio accuratamente arredato, con un servizio di colazioni, aperitivi, pranzi e cene che vi accompagnano per tutta la giornata. Ottimi frullati e gentili creme di zenzero impreziosiscono l'atmosfera. The bistro that plays on the French influence in the local dialect word "appetite" is a delightful delicacy of gastronomy in the heart of Tolve.
