I found myself in this pool after various advice from friends and I must say that apart from the water too hot for me ..... the rest is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto che il mio abbonamento prepagato è scaduto e non è rinnovabile: nessuna comunicazione, nessun messaggio, mail o quant'altro. Al di là della cifra persa, non è un comportamento professionale. Di questi tempi, un minimo di elasticità sarebbe gradita: la stessa elasticità che ho avuto io quando non ho richiesto il reso dei quattrini perchè la piscina era forzatamente chiusa
I discovered that my prepaid subscription has expired and is not renewable: no communication, no message, email or whatever. Beyond the amount lost, it is not professional behavior. These days, a minimum of elasticity would be welcome: the same elasticity that I had when I did not request the return of the money because the pool was forcibly closed.
