★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone che gestiscono la struttura poco serie. Ti chiedono di bypassare Booking poi ti propongono condizioni diverse e peggiorative. In sintesi: Prenoto su Booking dal 23 dicembre fino al 9 Gennaio. Le condizioni di prenotazione prevedevano cancellazione e pagamento gratuita entro il 13 ducembre. Non mi arriva la ricevuta. Chiamo chi gestisce la struttura è mi dice che la casa è libera e se voglio posso prenotare direttamente. Accetto. Poi mi chiedono un acconto di 300 euro. Alle mie rimostranze mi dicono che tanto hanno nuove richieste e quindi possono anche lasciarmi a casa senza rispettare quanto mettono su Booking.
Complimenti alla serietà.
 People who manage the structure are not serious. They ask you to bypass Booking then they propose different and pejorative conditions. In summary: I book on Booking from 23 December until 9 January. The booking conditions provided for cancellation and free payment by 13th of December. I don't get the receipt. I call whoever manages the structure and tells me that the house is free and if I want I can book directly. I accept. Then they ask me for a deposit of 300 euros. To my grievances they tell me that they have many new requests and therefore they can also leave me at home without respecting what they put on Booking.
Congratulations to the seriousness.

Silenzioso, vicino al fiume, completa il tutto uno spazio all'aperto.
La signora che lo gestisce stupenda:molto rispettosa, educata e non invadente ma disponibile.

Very nice, new, comfortable and clean apartment.
Quiet, close to the river, an open space completes the whole thing.
The lady who runs it wonderful: very respectful, polite and unobtrusive but helpful.
