★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti ben tenuti, puliti ogni giorno e a 2 passi dal mare e ha una spiaggia privata. Il proprietario della struttura è molto gentile e molto cordiale con i suoi ospiti. All'interno della struttura c'è anche un giardino e un barbecue. Ogni camera è munita di televisione, frigorifero e condizionatore. Gli appartamenti sono situati a 5 minuti di macchina da Tropea e a 2 minuti da porto.
 Well maintained apartments, cleaned every day and 2 steps from the sea and has a private beach. The owner of the property is very nice and very friendly to his guests. Inside the structure there is also a garden and a barbecue. Each room is equipped with television, refrigerator and air conditioning. The apartments are located 5 minutes by car from Tropea and 2 minutes from the port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отелю очень не хватает заботливого хозяина, но местным и так, видимо, хорошо, особенно если они приезжают на машине со всем имуществом. Нет элементарных бытовых принадлежностей - губки для мытья посуды, тряпок, мыла, моющих средств, мешков для мусора, электрического чайника, крышек для сковороды и кастрюль. Очень старый и шумный кондей, отсутствует шумоизоляция, неудобные подушки и матрасы, постельное белье, полотенца видало виды и давно требуют замены. Цена в сезон больше 100 евро за двухместный номер, явно не стоит этих денег! Единственный плюс это близко к морю и свои шезлонги на пляже (такие же старые и потертые). Но возвращаться сюда не хочется.
The hotel really lacks a caring owner, but the locals seem to do well, especially if they come by car with all their belongings. There are no basic household items - sponges for washing dishes, rags, soap, detergents, garbage bags, an electric kettle, lids for a frying pan and saucepans. Very old and noisy condo, there is no sound insulation, uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, bed linen, towels have seen views and need to be replaced for a long time. The price per season is more than 100 euros for a double room, clearly not worth the money! The only plus is close to the sea and their sun loungers on the beach (the same old and worn). But I don't want to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt. 2 min zum Strand auf dem Liegen und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stehen. Tropea ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch um die Gegend zu erkunden ist der Standort perfekt. Privater Parkplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der Balkon läd zum entspannen ein. Antonio ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber.. Negativ: Die Ausstattung (Schränke/Küche) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis könnte man etwas mehr erwarten. Aber man hält sich ja nicht hauptsächlich drinnen auf..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It was near the sea and a nice beach.. Negative: It's a basic small apartment. The aircon is ok. The floor is dirty. The lock to our apartment was broken - they didn't care. Thank goodness we were on a biking holiday and had some tools with us. It was €90 for a night and was not good enough. The restaurant nearby is ok but is cash only so watch out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location of this place is amazing, right next to the beach and 20min walk into Tropea. We absolutely loved the beach lounges which are included during the stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and there is a nice shady common courtyard with lounges and chairs. The onsite parking and kitchen was convenient as well.. Negative: The front door didn't lock, however the bedroom door did lock so that was fine for us. There was a bit of a damp smell in the bathroom and bedroom and the bed was a little old and lumpy..
